Suspended
ceiling frame is constructed from 1/8" x
1" x
1" aluminum angle & tee mitered, welded, and grained to
a brushed finish. The entire frame is lacquered to resist fingerprints
and provide a more durable finish. Lenses are Lexan™ Thermoclear
fluted polycarbonate, which can be easily removed to access to emergency
escape hatch and for light bulb replacement. Frame is designed to
have the ceiling face 6" below the canopy and includes two (2)
48" side mount standard fluorescent fixtures and bulbs. |

The
face of the suspended ceiling will be divided into six or nine
individual panels based on the layout, ceiling height, and inside
car dimensions. Our standard panel face is 18 gauge satin (#4)
stainless steel separated by 1/4" black painted reveals,
however, alternate panel materials such as muntz, plastic laminate,
and wood veneer are available upon request. The lights are low
voltage halogen downlights, containing 20W safety coated bulbs
as required by code. Also include is a car top mounted dimmer
control box to allow for adjustment of the lighting level.
