Wilsonart® laminates conform to the voluntary standards of the American
National Standards Institute/National Electrical
Manufacturers Association (ANSI/NEMA) LD3-2000, for thickness,
performance properties and appearance. Various grades of
Wilsonart® laminates meet or exceed the International Standards
Organization specifications as found in ISO 4586, titled “High-Pressure
Decorative Laminate (HPDL) – Sheets Based on Thermosetting
Resins – Part I: specifications.”

Satin Finish - General purpose, bright finish, with a
150-240 mesh abrasive, following initial grinding with coarser
abrasives. Grain runs the long direction of each piece.

Mirrored / Polished Finish - The most reflective finish
commonly produced. It is obtained by polishing with successively
finer abrasives, then buffing with a very fine buffing compound.
The surface is essentially free of grit lines, though at certain
angles some are still visible.

manufactured of long fibered cuttings; fire–retardant
treated (as required) meeting NFPA 101, Class A.
